I don't know anything about that, but we won't be going to Cheddars no matter what they call it. After being deliberately ignored for quite a long time, we left without even ordering the only time we went to the I-10 Cheddars.

That sounds odd, any idea why they would ignore you on purpose? It doesn't seem like the place would be in business long if they made a habit of ignoring customers.

You can always tell when a manager is not on duty when you go to a chain restaurant.

Consider yourself lucky: It was just Cheddars. You probably dodged a bullet without knowing it

All I know is that they seated us and over half an hour passed without anyone even asking us if we wanted something to drink. Then DH brought this to the attention of the hostess. She said they didn't have a server available, but she would try to get get someone. Nobody came, but when we left there were lots of employees just standing around not doing anything. But yeah, maybe we're lucky...if they brought us food and it made us sick, that might be worse!

There's going to be a Grimaldi's pizza going into the shopping center at Stone Oak and 281 - in the same building as World of Beer, right across from Alamo Drafthouse. My daughter said it looks like it will be a while until it opens, but the sign is on the door.

On St Marys, across from the Goodyear, in the bricked law firm building.

They plan on cutting out windows and opening the space up.
