Can someone elaborate on that? Closing of 1604 on-ramp? 1604 heading north or south, south I assume? If closing, then how will ppl get onto 1604? A different ramp somewhere else? Or head in other direction and make a U-turn?

I dont want to derail the thread, but how this piece is $119 is beyond me.

Then don't buy it.

MY OPINION is, it's great-looking jewelry at a reasonable price. That doesn't mean EVERYONE thinks that way.

No, sorry, I haven't been inside of one in almost 20 years. I just have a mental image of them as being more of a germaphobe's worst nightmare than even a Chuck-E-Cheese is. And I'm not even a germaphobe. They (that type of place) just seem sticky, dirty, and the food is horrible. We have Cici's Pizza already, across 1604, and I guess I got a little carried away in my disappointment. I guess they serve a purpose.

Maybe the newer ones are clean, happy places.

ETA--I am glad to see some new life coming to the area......the more the better. It would just be really awesome to get some Mom and Pop non-taqueria joints out there. Nothing against the taco, but I can get one at no less than 7 places on my way to AR, and that's just on Culebra road. We need some variety.

Default Utility Work

Does anyone know why they are putting in underground utilities at Westwood and Alamo Ranch Pkwy?

I think that's what they're doing at Wiseman and Talley. I thought maybe a stop light.
