Target review:
Love the buggies! They are like Buggies by Benz or something! Very nice.

Other than that, it's a Super Target......nice overall selection on groceries, but a bit higher than HEB, IMO.

We drove that way with the idea that maybe we would slip in to the Super Target for a look see. Then we look saw the parking lot and decided to head down to Potranco for the HEB Plus instead.

We'll wait for the newness to wear off before giving the elegant shopping carts a try.

Ha, I went to HEB plus this morning on Potranco for that very reason. I noticed the employees all had new festive shirts on and were handing out goodies and giving more service than usual. Gee, can't help but wonder about the timing of it all.......

The AR parking lot is strange in that it appears to be packed, but the stores aren't full at all. It could be because most of the stores are ginormous and can easily hold thousands of shoppers without feeling packed. I've been there several times and all stores didn't feel as packed as their parking lots made them appear.
This is good for competition, though. I would love to see some numbers for Bandera Point and the amount of traffic on the stoplight hell of 1604 between Culebra and Bandera. I know I'll probably never go up there again. I would also love to see this competition get rid of the Potranco/1604 wallyworld. That thing screws up traffic and is just ugly. I have yet to see the parking lot very full and won't miss it if it leaves.

I remember someone was wanting a Mervyns in the area, but I think this should guarantee it'll never happen.. Free Preview - WSJ.com hmm, would probably help if that label said Mervyns is probably going to declare bankruptcy.

I thought they were having problems a long time ago--surprised to even see them still around. They used to be great for my oldest son's Nikes but we haven't been in there since he turned to Chucks. He gets them custom-made online, because apparently he's made of money.

No...I was with the hubby and kids and we were rushing out.... I thought about using the coupon, but it doesn't apply to cosmetics (already checked the fine-print...) Darn exclusions!!!!!

and you definitely will talk to it. I thank mine, question it, tell it to go another way, and all sorts of other things. The people in the car also start talking to it. Hopefully the Sync in my new truck won't be jealous because it talks back to you..
Funny you mention that bc the same thing happens to me! My friends will say, TomTom take us out on the town It has the most accurate maps and directions, which is a win-win in my book. No going into rivers like Michael Scott!
