A friend is looking to move back to SA and he wants to live in the South Town or King William area. Does anyone know a realtor who specializes in these areas?

Thanks!

Yep! The best! Will dm you her name. I'd venture to guess that Benjamin Nicholas will, too! She actually specializes in all of the down town area and has for years. She's the bomb!

Awwww. You beat me to it Jules!

I'm sure you have her info by now, but know that she's highly kept-up on what's happening down here. If you don't see what you like on her website, ask her about her 'private stock.' There's always another door to open
