Surprisingly enough, didn't make any wrong turn. And part of that was because I did check google map instead of following shmoov_groovzsd's advice letter by letter I did follow his direction but keep RIGHT on N Torrey Pines Rd. The drive along the coast is very scenic and I plan to do it again.

Good thing you checked. Sorry, I was talking about the left you need to take at the light once you pass the gliderport and it puts you up at Science Park (N Torrey Pines road.) You are forced to make a right on Nobel Dr or left at N Torrey.
