Well things are bad. But we're going to make it out of this mess. You're a young guy with a good brain. Lemons can be turned into lemonade even if it's only one drip at a time.

You have no idea what will be available when this moves forward. But it definitely won’t be limited to a one-time check for $1200 ... which cash infusion says nothing about cumulative values of other programs such as mortgage payment abeyance, tax deferrals, etc.

Give me a break. The "C in C" is blaming the Governors and Dems without taking any responsibility at all. A time ago, in days of yore, maybe when America was great, the buck stopped at the oval office desk, but now it is a source of constant whiney aggrieved b*tching and I was told to f*kc my feelings

It’s interesting when they will crackdown on Costco’s too. Or shut down it’s parking lot and only accept drive Thru pickups. I saw on the news in Santee Costco is a far worse situation than even the weekend crowds at trails with long lines going in with large amounts of people especially elderly standing in close quarters and more lines for things like toilet paper inside together in addition to the checkout line the parking lot is pretty packed too.
Closing down the boardwalk only forced more traffic on the narrow crowded sidewalks of Mission Blvd. Not good. Wouldn’t a better alternative be to close down parking lots or blocking many spaces between open spaces(they already did that on Sunday), using lifeguard PAs to remind people to not get to close to others, sealing the beach fire rings, and maybe setting up crowd control metering for drivers coming down from the freeways in the worst case scenarios would be a better idea don’t you think?

I probably shouldn’t give more ideas though.

The question isn’t how many become unemployed. The question is: for how long.

And the answer is: this will be the shortest recession in modern history.
