"For instance, the San Francisco Bay Area's real estate market, whose vitality highly relies on work visa immigrants, will crash once the immigrants move out, as the tech giants lose their competitiveness due to a lack of talents, which can drag the country into a deeper recession."

Well, we can thank MAGA man for restricting H1B visas. That should free up rentals in Silicon Valley and other parts of the Bay Area.

With the embracing of remote work and fewer H1b visas might add up to more tech jobs for US workers. Losing control of intellectual property will stop tech companies from remote hiring people in places like China India and Singapore.

The suspension of H-1B (and other work) visas is temporary through the end of the year; it would certainly be lifted if Biden is elected. The reality is there aren't enough workers with the technical expertise to fill those jobs. Per the Department of Labor, it was projected by this year, our universities will only be able to produce enough graduates to fill approximately 28% of the positions.
