Recruiter left me a vm which I called back to leave a vm. No call back yet. Status on website shows not selected. All that effort with no success, but it was a good experience. Plan to give it another try. Good luck to others.

I submitted my first application last week, and received the automated email acknowledging my application. When I log in as a "returning candidate," my dashboard profile says that I have not submitted my profile to any positions. I am confused -- shouldn't this show the one position that I did apply for? (BTW, thinking that perhaps something had gone awry and I would need to apply for that position again, I went to the job listings and clicked on that position. When I did that, it brought up a different dashboard page that says that I have already applied for that position and that they "are working on it.") Just a little confused as to why I don't see that position (and the status of my application for it) listed on my dashboard profile when I log in as a "returning candidate." Am I misunderstanding something? I am extremely interested in the position, and want to make sure that everything is in order. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Hi All,

I have been lurking around this forum ever since I first got a a call from Amazon in the first week on February. Every round I clear, I used to come and check here.

After the final on-site interview Last week,. I got a call from the HR about the selection and the salary details. I just wanted to let the forum know of the good news and of the great help you guys had been.

Good luck for all the amazon aspirers!

In mobiles the data isnt displayed correctly. You might want to check from a laptop.

Bar Raiser is just like any other interview but you should be prepared to give your best shot. These are someone who are proven to be real good among the amazon pool. the 'Bar raiser' is the one who usually leads the post-interview panel discussion., If you impress him/her it will be easier. Also that said., you usually are given list of people (else you can ask) who are going to do in-person interview. Bar raiser is usually one not from the same group and related groups. You can search for them in linkedin like sites to see their field of work, intrests., etc.

all the best.

congrats!

if you do well, they typically contact you ASAP so that you don't take another offer...if you don't do so well, they aren't in such a rush to get in touch with you.

Default Status is Under Review and Job ID is gone from the wesite

I have had 3 phone interviews for an SC job. It has been about 3 days since the last interview and I can't find the Job ID/Job on the site any more. On the dashboard, under the Job ID for me, it says "Under Review".

Seems like job has been filled and it is just a matter of me not knowing off of the result.

Had an on-site interview (for SDE2 & SDE3 positions) 9 business days ago, jobs dashboard still shows "Submitted - Under review", left VM and email to follow-up, but I haven't heard a peep from my recruiter.

Do you guys think it's time to move on?
