I think it's fair to say Denny Triangle is within the Denny Regrade area. Of course, there are some issues when it comes to the County Civic maps of the Denny Regrade versus the Belltown area.

I'm just waiting for Amazon and the few larger residential developments to start creeping towards SLU. It's too bad that Vulcan's waterfront towers were X'd , those things would have done wonders for the SLU vibrancy.

There's a lot of old/dilapidated property in SLU that I'm sure the owners are sitting on waiting for the right offer to come along.
