In Los Angeles I encounter this crude nonsense too, and I don't like it either. I'm allergic to dogs, and regardless, I don't want to be amongst stinky animals whilst shopping in a store. Even back when I worked in a book store, some customers brought in their dogs. Good grief, what happened to class and common courtesy?
In many European cities dogs are allowed where people are. It's a huge culture difference between there and here.
Well I hope they get adopted soon I can't even imagine the cost to feed 26 dogs..hopefully you get donations
