Lutz has Wellington manor which has a model at just about 3000 sq ft. Meritage homes. Gas is an option to add underground propane in most communities from a private company. Standard pacific has grey hawk in Odessa. Both smaller gated communities with a hometown feel. Ladera is gorgeous. taylor morrison builds a nice home. My husband is a realtor. You should have representation during the process. the sales reps work for the builder. The best deal can be found on inventory homes. We have young kids and enjoy the sub division life (larger home on small lot) . We have been looking to build a new home so he has recently interviewed a lot of the sales offices in lutz wesley chapel. We live in land o lakes in connerton and love the community but the commute for me has been wearing on me.. I work most days in Brandon but have family in trinity. I think we have decided on seven oaks with standard pacific new build. Good luck.
