I agree. And that's the location of the same type of incident that happened up here in RI this past weekend. One of the places you'd think you'd be safe is the beach. I remember my economics professor said he had the solution - instead of our tax dollars going to keeping these clowns in prison, put 'em all on an island with no guards and let them fend/fight for themselves.

Apparently our beaches weren't the only ones to be a part of some unruliness. A lot of crap happened all over FL.

Really sad. These hooligans would rather cause mayhem and kill each other than spend time with family and recognize what Memorial Day really means.

I blame big media.

LOL for what reasons? If someone can't cognitively know the differences between movies and real life, then they dont deserve to live in a civilized society.

Mentally ill and a thug are two different genres.

A thug does not need a reason to shoot someone.

The purpose of Memorial Day is the last thing on the minds of hooligans.

Potatoe, potato.... A gun is a gun...it's shoots the same way regardless of the hands that touch it!
The outcome is the same...so save it...or shoot it in a shooting shootout!

You have no idea of what your talking about.

You do not understand the mentality.

Yes, two different genres. Rodger was a miserable, evil person and there's just no cure for that. Seems to me that thugs shoot when they're disrespected, like the thug who shot the cabbie in Scranton, PA. Rodger went on a rampage because he felt "disrespected". By everyone.
