Yours is what appears to be typical Tampa area driver thinking. That's why we see the middle and left lanes jammed up while oftentimes there is light traffic in the right lane. In Georgia, the law even spells out that you are to move out of the left lane if someone faster is approaching -- even if said person is exceeding the speed limit.

And they actually WRITE TICKETS based on that law.
