Yeah, we saw a KFC and were set to pay 7.99 for a snack box. Across the street, Safeway was selling their unsold lunchime whole rotisseried chickens for 2.99.. With much betteer deli slaw and potato salads.

I usually don't buy the leftover stuff from Safeway as it is usually grossly overcooked.

However, I can two huge pieces of chicken and two sides and a roll at Krogers for $6 which is always a better deal than KFC.

KFC is expensive, but supermarkets rarely get the crispiness as they do. Popeye's is even better.

Hence, we usually go for roasted chicken if buying from a supermarket deli.
