I never disputed that. Once she has completed her sentence, she gets back all of the rights of any citizen in society. Find one post where I said she doesn't.
For now, however, she doesn't have the right to hide. She'll be treated like every other convicted criminal.
Her address is to be kept private so YES she does have the right to hide. Probation isn't the same as a prison sentence. She still has the rights of a free American citizen. She does have to prove things some others do not because of her sentence.
Again, probation doesn't strip away all her rights.

Possible but not likely. How often do you go into a store and stand right infront of the window as soon as you enter? How often do you get recorded with an I-phone or other camera and not say anything to the person who is recording you? It looks as thoughthe camera man was in eyeshot of casey a. so I doubt she didnt see them.
I'm sure it was staged and most experts agree.

It looks like it was filmed with an iPhone, it's not quality hi-res video. I think someone saw and recognized her and sold the footage to TMZ. Because she was in a public place and not in CA with it's strict stalking laws, it was perfectly legit and legal.

It's NOT porn. And I don't wear a bikini these days. Way too old for that. I would feel the same way if it were a guy being asked to pose nude for PlayGirl or some gay men's mag. It's legitimate, legal work. If you don't want to pay, you shouldn't play. And you must have missed her girl on girl action shots. SOmetimes it's not the amount of skin showing that makes a photo racy.
If it is not porn, what is it? Why not show nudes on your local TV stations? Why not put issues of Hustler in school libraries? After all, it is not porn?
Nowadays, the "dirty dancing" Casey was doing goes on in clubs all over America.....it is no big deal.....it does not mean someone is immoral or that they would be OK with posing nude.
How about forcing parolee's to prostitute themselves out in Nevada?

No one, not even Casey Anthony, should be forced to pose nude against their will.
She will have to wait at least seven years from the conclusion of her probation and then file a petition for clemency. There is no guarantee it will be granted. In other words, possibly never.
She will also be denied entry into any number of foreign countries due to her status as a convicted felon.
Some states let felons vote so if she moves to one that does she is fine doing so.
Actually we don't need to demand CPS do anything. Because of their findings, they will automatically be watching her should she have another child. They will most likely file before the birth to take immediate custody of the child, and Casey will have to prove she is a fit mother to regain custody. That would likely entail parenting classes, therapy, and passing random drug screens. Initially all visitation will be supervised. She will need to prove she is financially able to care for the child. It will take a lot of work on her part.
Additionally, their findings will come up in any background check which will preclude her from working in any setting with children, including schools, hospitals, theme parks, and even a number of retail and food service positions.
Not so in every state and I am sure she is not going to stay in FL and Get nasty in another state and Live La Dolce Vita.
