Wrong. She was found guilty of lying to the police. And she pled guilty to the check charges. She is a convicted felon, she is on probation, she needs to find a job, and as far as I'm concerned, she needs to do any legal job that is offered to her. Lots of felons can't get jobs, because most companies won't hire them.
Her lack of employability due to her criminal record should not be the taxpayers burden.

It's a legitimate job offer, and as far as I'm concerned, she needs to take whatever legal employment she can find to meet the terms of her probation.
Like I said, she had no problem showing it all off as an Orlando party girl. At least she'd be getting paid for it this time.
Being a party girl and doing porn are two totally different things first of all. Second of all, I highly doubt the state can compel a probationer to perform sexual acts to fulfill the job requirement. You cannot take away a probationers legal rights. Forcing them to perform sexual acts would do just that.
Um, no. The court has said she has to do her probation in Orlando. The court has said she doesn't deserve to hide. I happen to think that she doesn't have a moral right to hide either. I don't think anyone should be concerned with making things easy for Casey after what happened to Caylee. I'm glad the court agrees and just took away her ability to hide. I think she made her bed and now she should go sleep in it. She's the most hated person in the United States and she's going back to the place where they hate her the most.... It's a small consolation but I'll lay odds she won't enjoy her year of probation. After that, she can do what she wants and there is nothing we can do. Caylee gets only this small amount of justice. She lived only two years. For half of that time, her mothers life will be made difficult because she can't hide. If you ask me, that's a small price to pay for having gotten away with manslaughter (I'd say murder but I don't think that's been proven. I think manslaughter has and the jury was a bunch of idiots. I'm still holding out hope for federal charges. Double jeopardy doesn't count there.)

I think people should be concerned for upholding the laws of this country. If you or I want to hide, we can. Sure, she is compelled to appear for probation and she should. But beyond that? I believe as long as she is meeting probationary requirements, she has the the right to live her life as the free American citizen that she is.
Caylee is dead. Casey has been found not guilty. As such, Casey is a free American citizen entitled to the rights that come along with that.
Jose still has $$$$ in his eyes from his cash cow. Even though, as stated in Judge Perry's order ... Casey Anthony is the Most Hated Person in the US right now. Geraldo still loves them as does Telemundo.
Larry Flynt has a an offer on the table of half a million dollars plus a percent of the ragazine sales. If all else fails Casey may take that offer. Jessica Hahn had to resort to a Playboy spread when nothing else was available after Jim Bakker's fall from grace.

During the course of the trial, Orange County jail officials reprimanded Baez on at least three separate occasions for what they called "inappropriate physical contact" between attorney and his client. After multiple warnings, the situation got so out of hand that the sheriff's department filed a formal complaint against the attorney for violating the jail's policy on no physical contact.
In recently released documents, jail guards assigned to Casey Anthony's unit in the Orange County jail reported to investigators an incident in which Anthony became upset and began crying and cursing when she discovered that Baez's wife was pregnant with his child. In addition, the report goes on to say that Baez and Anthony would spend much of their time together, which was supposed to be used to prepare for trial, staring intently at each other without speaking and with their faces less than one inch apart.

Um, yes it is. She's a theif and a liar and they're not letting her run off and hide. They're making her do her probation just like everyone else. BECAUSE she's a theif and a liar she doesn't get to hide. She has to demonstrate to society that she can abide by the rules of society before she'll have that right again. Unfortuntely, she wasn't convicted of more so this is all the justice that we'll see but it's nice to see that they aren't giving this piece of crap special treatment. You and I have the right to hide because we're not theives and liars. She forefitted that right when she was convicted of stealing from a FRIEND.

No one is forcing her nor CAN anyone force her. That would be her choice though the state could incarcerate her for refusing the only job offer she had. I don't think it would come to that. She has a considerable support group out there offering her jobs and even marriage proposals. I'm sure she'll find something.
I'm thinking the Hustler offer is the best one she's ever going to get but it is her choice to take it or not. Seriously, it's not like she hasn't done worse. We're not talking about an innocent school girl here. I won't be surprised if she takes it. She might as well. It's not like she can do any more harm to her reputation and $500K MIGHT (though I doubt it because she's not smart enough to use the money in an intelligent way.) buy her enough plastic surgery and a new name so she can start over as someone else.

If I were her, I would. It's probably the most positive publicity she'll see in a long time. NOT that posing for Hustler is positive. It's just a step up from what's being printed about her now.
I'm kind of surprised that men are actually interested in seeing her naked though though. What is attractive about a liar and theif who is most likely a child killer? Or does all that go out the window if her girl parts are attractive enough????
