That's what I was thinking but, hopefully, CPS can do something to protect an future children she has.

Actually it's perfectly legal to take future children from her. DFS has determined that she is an unfit parent, and will be able to successfully petition the court to take any future children until she can prove she has rehabilitated herself and is fit to care for children.

She will have to wait at least seven years from the conclusion of her probation and then file a petition for clemency. There is no guarantee it will be granted. In other words, possibly never.

She will also be denied entry into any number of foreign countries due to her status as a convicted felon.

She could object to this on moral grounds.

She can file, but the Orange County DOC will have to agree, and so will the DOC where she wants to go. There is no guarantee. And I think OC DOC wants to make this as difficult as possible for her, so I'm not seeing them agree to anything.
True

TMZ found her easy enough, do you really think she'll be able to hide in Orange County?
HA! this is debateable and in my opinion, laughable! One of two things happened here:

1} Her lawyers knew that it was a likely possibility that she would be forced Back to Orlando and they decided to make a little money before this happened by making a deal with TMZ by telling them where and when they could film her. { I mean honestly, do you really believe that a film crew or camera man just happened to be in Columbus which is basically a nothing-special who-cares city, and then they just happened to be right on the same street as her without any prior knowledge? COME ON!!!!} Columbus is a large city. It wouldn't surprise me if Baez himself filmed it and sold it to TMZ.

2.} Her lawyers intended on moving her soon and decided to get it out in the media that she was in Ohio so that no one would be looking for her anywhere else. { after all, she was rumored to be living in a 5mil. mansion owned by one of her lawyers in California AFTER the sighting in Ohio. Either way, it was a set up.

Have you ever watched TMZ??? Never have I seen them film someone without running up to them and talking to them. It was all set up, no doubt about it.

I also believe what's done is done and nothing is going to change the fact that Caylee is dead and no one was found guilty of her murder. It's time to move on and focus on children that are still alive and able to get help.

I completely agree that emotions must be put aside in the court of law.
Agreed!

She doesn't owe the taxpayers a dime, at least not yet. I haven't heard of any ruling that made that so.

It looks like it was filmed with an iPhone, it's not quality hi-res video. I think someone saw and recognized her and sold the footage to TMZ. Because she was in a public place and not in CA with it's strict stalking laws, it was perfectly legit and legal.

Oh yes she does. She owes over $5000 in court costs and victim restitution for the forged checks case. She will also have to pay DOC $20 per month in probation costs.

BIG DIFFERENCE......try going to your local beach nude instead of wearing a bikini and you will find out just how big.

The whole idea of a parole board forcing women to do porn to satisfy the terms of their parole is misogynist and immoral, to say the least.

BTW, I never thought any of Casey's party shots were particularly racy, in fact, I have seen cheer leader outfits that showed more skin.

It's NOT porn. And I don't wear a bikini these days. Way too old for that. I would feel the same way if it were a guy being asked to pose nude for PlayGirl or some gay men's mag. It's legitimate, legal work. If you don't want to pay, you shouldn't play. And you must have missed her girl on girl action shots. SOmetimes it's not the amount of skin showing that makes a photo racy.
