On the show it was said that he was wanting to remove his p----s now that he's in prison. Go figure.

OMG, yes. He forced them to sign over the boat. And the husband was a big, stocky guy--retired probation officer. No wonder he had accomplices to restrain him. How horrific.

A couple of days ago I saw a show where the wife of a man injected him with a horse tranquilizer while he was sleeping. Now tell me if someone stuck a needle in your arm when you were sleeping would you wake up. I sure would. But otherwise all the evidence in the show seemed legit.

I enjoy Forensic Files and even watch the same ones over and over again, since it comes on everyday and not in production anymore. I always seem to notice a new thing I missed when I watch the same episode.

With that said, I feel kind of depressed after watching this show because they describe in detail how the victim(s) died and is usually followed by graphic photos. Just knowing what the victims went through on their last moments on Earth gives me the chills.

He was an amazing narrator.

I didn't know Peter Thomas died recently! I coulda gone on forever not knowing this! I STILL miss Paul Winfield, the original narrator of City Confidential, my ALL-TIME favorite true crime show. "Paaaaaul, I miss you Paaaaaul." My memories are dying, I loved FF and CC back in the day when I first discovered these types of shows.

Medical Detectives and The New Detectives and Forensic Files were all different shows. When I first got a satellite dish in the '90's, I believe those were the first true crime shows I found, and those are what shaped my love of True Crime shows.
