Oops, I guess it was the casino witch's Native American girlfriend. Hey, it was dark and rainy.

I loved that too. Very real. I've known parents who seriously neglected their living children after the death of a child. They need slapped.
You're right that it's very real, the death, and especially the murder of a child can just destroy some people to where they give up on everything else, even living children. It so often destroys couple too, which is likely what would happen to Mitch and Stan, she was just awful last night, unfortunately she probably believes that "I'm her mother" crap, and doesn't really understand than Stan is grieving just as hard, there is no "special" love for biological children, it just doesn't matter, your child is your child. People always handle grief differently, and it so often drives them apart.

They can't do this two seasons thing again if they want anyone to keep watching, it ruins the whole premise of following an investigation when there are six, or whatever months in between the end of the season, and the beginning of the next. The children had noticeably aged, it was very hard to believe only a few weeks had passed, and there was so much I forgot, I could barely remember why they thought the teacher did it. A problem is that the writers know the show so well, they probably don't even realize how difficult it for a person just watching it to remember the previous season.

I still don't think that it's Jamie. I think that he was glaring at the camera in the casino elevator because he was coerced into being there (blackmailed?) I have a feeling that the killer will be reveled in the last 10 minutes of the next episode.

That's a good idea, that glaring at the camera thing was so weird, people don't normally do that, especially if they have something important on their minds, they tend to think of themselves as alone while in an elevator. He definitely seemed to be saying something to Nicole.

I am back to Richmond.

I think the suicide attempt was a fake. He had Rosie in the trunk all along. Went there to throw her over but saw the fishermen and came up with his plan for the perfect alibi.

They don't have an official time of death for Rosie so Richmond had plenty of time to work out his plan. He went back to Gynn and had sex with her,(she said he was different this time) then to sleep. The whole time Rosie was alive in the trunk and why her fingernails were destroyed.

He went into work late that day, told Gynn he "slept in" but he was really getting his plan together. He had to get the campaign car in the lake and get back to his car which would take time.

He put her in the trunk alive because she reminded him of his wife and he was too ashamed to look her in the eyes when he killed her.

Rosie trusted him because she met him when she would take the bus after school and go to the place that was at the end of the bus line.

I really think he is the killer and we will know the motive next week.

This would definitely explain the whole "Orpheus" thing. Since the last episode of the first season, I've never seen it addressed and it should be. I hope that next week's episode will mention that. It's another annoying issue with no answers.

Richmond isn't a shocking enough ending for me.

I don't know who it is but I don't think it's Richmond.

Did Holder and Linden test the blood on the key card to see if it matched Rosie's? I'm wondering if it will come out that it's not her blood on the card? Maybe she walked out of the casino on her own accord and then met up with the murderer? I wonder who she was talking about when she was on the phone with Alexi and she said, "it's him". Gosh I can't wait to find out the ending!

I have some more dark evidence against Richmond.

The night he came home soaking wet after (maybe) fake suicide attempt?
Gwen said "sex was different" and implied better. Orpheus was all into drowning and Richmond would have been in the middle of his long time fantasy, knowing Rosie was still in the trunk and he would drown her in the morning, if he hadn't already but the fact that he was still soaking wet makes me believe she was still in the trunk.

Another thing, why didn't the sister come or call? Why would she just send a wheelchair? That is cold if you love your brother but it could send a message if you don't. I think she knows something that we don't.
