The only thing I wonder about her is how she can be so knowledgeable about all the types of housing in all the cities she goes to. She's not just limited to one area, like a real estate agent would. Of course, I reckon she works with other professionals off screen, but still...
I imagine the show is pretty much scripted with most work being done by a staff of people off camera....just like the other shows.

She was originally based in Toronto, i think she did a whole 2 or 3 seasons there. Then she branched out to Cincinnati. I remember shows in Washington D.C., Dallas, Austin, Miami, and Hamilton Ontario as well off the top of my head. Pretty good show.
I like the way she handles the couples as far as their wants and what they can actually afford ... they WANT ... everything ... umpteen bedrooms, full basement, gourmet kitchen, a man cave. Their budget will be $125k. She does have patience with the property virgins.

She is good at putting people in their place without them even knowing it. LOL
...and yes, the eppisode with the blond bissh was annoying, I hated her, and the husband was dumber than a bucket of rocks to be with her.
BTW, I like how as the years goes by, rooms are called something else.
spare room = office
basement = man cave
den = media room

Actually I have the feeling some rooms have several names whatever era we're in.
I personally still wonder if the small room next to our living room is a powderroom, a half bath, a bathroom, a restroom... or a toilet or WC, "European style"!

ugh, who sits around and think up this stuff...
And oh the horror of ... oh my .... can I say it ... those 'evil popcorn ceilings!'
I thought the show was 100% scripted, meaning that the people who are being "shown" the houses have already been to closing, and have decided on a house, which is usually the one that decide on the show
The whole showing them the houses is just a ruse for TV, but it's still a good show
