She is doing it to protect Eric. She may think he is an ass at time, but she does not want him to be harmed. As for Claudine, she didnt trust her. She seen the Fae for what they really were. They kidnapped her grandfather, they turn into trolls, they are more evil then good.
As for Tara - Who made her Buffy and told her to try and stake Eric. If she would have just minded her own business, Lafayette & Jesus would not be in this mess.

Duh. I know why she's doing it but its stupid. You don't lie to friends for someone who has done the things to her that Eric has period. Vampires have brought her nothing but misery. He bought her house so he could control her! She's acting like an idiot.

Yea that was a little squirmy although really its so grand grand grand grand as to be pretty much no big deal..and he is dead..still...wonder what the town will think if they find out they slept together?
Anyone get anything from the previews? I saw Pam saying she wanted to take care of something herself whom I'm assuming is Marnie but I didn't see who she was talking to. So if she kills a witch will Bill get in trouble for dead humans? I didn't get much from the rest.
What do you all think about what's happening to Jason? My sister suggested that since he was drained by the ware-panthers (if that's what they're called?) and Jessica gave him alot of her blood, that he will maybe become a hybrid? I mean he was near death and she saved him. We were just throwing out ideas. I don't know how it plays out in the books, or if they're even following the book's storyline, so if my sister is wrong, tell me BUT please don't tell what really happens lol...
Well I don't think I drained him but they bit him so as to infect his blood with were. Which I don't really understand, I mean if Sam bit someone does that mean they turn shifter? But then yes I guess because thats how people become werewolves right? with a bite. become part of him so when they bred with him they would get little panther cubs. So now Jason must be some sort of were panther because Krystal said "see you on the full moon".
As for the vampire blood thing, well seems like everyones getting into V or vampire blood including Debbie and all those hooked werewolves and it didn't make them hybrids even though they were drinking quite a bit from Bill in that car. Of course I suppose Jason might now dream about Jessica, feel her pull and all that blood connection stuff.
That said - and this is from the books and about Jasons physical status as a were panther but not what happens in terms of events

In the book he's not a full were panther. For that you have to be born. I can't remember the details but he's not quite as pretty or graceful, can't turn at well or something like that.
Wild is definitely the word for it. Incest, inbreeding, witches, a possessed baby and a possibly malevolent spirit of a witch brought back to this plain of existence. Makes you wonder what'll pop up next don't it?
