Hollande will definately be gone in 2017 and Merkel may also be on her way, so we might end up negotiating with people who are far less Pro-EU and there could be the potential for more EU referendum demands .

Geez. So much for country first. Now that the UK is headed into rough waters I'd rather be sitting on the beach sipping a mai tai. Excuse me, little help? Be careful what you ask for because you might just get it...now deploy parachute.

I would agree.

All the main protagonists in this dreadful charade seem to be backtracking with all haste!

Is anyone in a position of political power going to "man up" and complete the job at hand?
