A big plate of Homemade veggie fried rice!!

Rice fried in canola with soy sauce, with fried broccoli, peas, carrots, onions, etc.

for dessert, a smoothie made from banana, SWEET vanilla almond milk (or soy milk), and powdered cacao. Tastes just like a classic chocolate milkshake!!

...I still eat meat, eggs and dairy, but I can dabble in vegetarian/vegan from time to time.

That's what I did for years, then eventually gave up the meat. Now I am a vegetarian who has vegan days from time to time.

What is a dark flour? Rye? Heck I google that and it didn't help. Is it some sort of secret?

Anyways..... I'm making Bi Bim Bap. I may add a meat substitute that I have and an egg.
