Thanks for the updates. I'm waiting on Burton's as well. We went to one in Boston and it was pretty nice. Good cocktails.

Ppl keep complaining that there are loads of pizza spots on facebook but they're not realizing is that most of the pizza spots are in college park for that side of town. Not for this side of town which will attract those on the southern part of college park, Hyattsville, riverdale and UP

Not surprised. They JUST started on the interior fit out, walls, etc. We shop at Whole Foods every week and every week it just sat empty. Perhaps it was another permit issue.

I'm not sure if people noticed. But Riverdale just got a major piece of art from the world-renowned artist Jaume Plensa. His public art can be found all over the world. Here is what it looks like:

They keep raising the prices of the homes. I guess that is a good sign that the market can support it: https://www.redfin.com/MD/Riverdale/...9udW1iZXI9NQ==

Actually, the price of the smallest home there has gone down. List price decreased just last week from 443 to 440. Looks like there are 4-5 unsold "move-in ready", which have gone from 470+ to under 450.
