It wasn't me on that park bench, it was the other poster with an adult female daughter. I on the other hand am standing right next to you...

A bookcase is standing next to me. And it's a much more interesting neighbor than what I would have had under your fanciful absurdist supposition.

Boy ... I must say if I ever hear the word "texture" again, then I have half a mind to tear my hair out.

A lot of millennials want to live the Manhattan lifestyle on the East Coast. Currently DC is the best alternative to NYC.. which is where they REALLY want to live, but cannot afford it or cannot get a job in the hyper-competitive market up there. DC is international, powerful, cosmopolitan and important.. just like NYC. And its the only city on the East Coast that matters outside of NYC.
DC is an alternative to NYC? DC is the only city on the east coast (outside of NYC) that matters?

The delusion is real. You guys are adorable.

One article says millennials are leaving DC in droves and another says millennials want to stay.

Can we get some middle ground here?

Except no article says that millennials are leaving DC in droves. It was a survey of DC area executives who said they are concerned that millennials could start leaving in the future. That's completely different than saying that they are right now leaving, much less in droves.

NYC and DC are the most important cities on the East Coast.

Its not really something you can debate.

Boston is important too, just not at the same level as DC.

No city on the East Coast is on the same level as DC and NYC. That is my point.
