This ought be fun.

Summer Highs: NO greater than 75F, and even then, only a few days hit this high. Perhaps the OCCASIONAL 80 degree day if there is a good swimming hole around. Must be breezy
Summer Avgs: 60-70F

Fall Highs: No greater than 58F...and crisp nights so we get beautiful fall colors!!!
Fall Avgs: 40-55F...Breezy or Blustery are pluses

Winter Highs: No higher than 35F
Winter Avgs: -10 to 30F...wind or no wind

Spring Highs: No greater than 55F
Spring Avgs: 40-50F....Breeze preferred

Sunlight hours: The fewer the better. I prefer cloud cover. The sun is too freaking bright for me lol. I believe Northern Scotland, parts of Iceland, and Western Norway get the fewest overall sunlight hours in Europe. Not sure where that would be in the states, though.

Prefer breezes to none. Still air has a negative feel to me.
