https://www.timeanddate.com/sun/usa/nome

Sunday "morning", December 31st (11:59 AKST) will be Nome's first sunset in the AM hours!

Put on year-round DST and AM sunrise wouldn't be until January 27th! (11:59 AKDT = 10:59 AKST)

The daylight hours are so short there that I would rather prioritize them in the afternoon hours

Would you like this setting? Reverse/"clock's reflection on the mirror" time (24:00 - (current time)) of Bidford's time using my fictional world clock timezone

Twi A : 11:12
Twi N : 11:53
Twi : 12:37
Sunrise : 13:18
Solar Noon : 17:11
Sunset : 21:04
Twi : 21:45
Twi N : 22:29
Twi A : 23:10

Roughly the same as GMT+5 (BST x5). Also quite similar to Attu, Alaska using Pacific Daylight Time

Using the same method ("reversing" my fictional world clock timezones), Nome would be 16:11 rise / 20:22 set, 18:16 solar noon!!! (Roughly the same as using Eastern Standard Time). And summer solstice would be 7:34 rise, 5:02 AM (!!!) set, and 18:18 solar noon. Early risers would be waking up and even getting ready with the setting sun!!!

Absolutely not, as it would still be dark now, hours after waking. BST is the timezone I like to be in.

I thought you would like BST x3 for summertime? And BST x2 around the equinoxes?

Oh I see then, so you would like to keep the sunrise "stable", not being pitch dark after 9am in midwinter and not being too bright before 6am in midsummer

Yes, although if there was a bit more winter daylight, sunrise would not be after 08:45 and alot more daylight, sunset would be after 18:00.
