Been a bit lazy about this, but now I made the 'forecasts' up to June.

Looks it's the end of the snowpack for a while. Currently some 13cm/5in lying on the ground, but a mild front will push in and bring warm and wet weather. Probably the warmest day this year on Sunday.

Feb 14, high temp: 0.3C @ 14:20. Expected low: -8C. Cloudy, dark.

Forecast for the weekend:
Feb 15: 1C/0C overcast, windy
Feb 16: 6C/3C cloudy, some sunny intervals
Feb 17: 10C/2C cloudy, ~4mm rain

edit: whoops, looks like it's quite difficult to create an average spring in my dream climate. The record lows are a bit off as well.

The current snow depth is 91.4 cm / 35.9", and the temperature is -14.2°C / 6.4°F, clear skies. The maximum temperature was -10.1°C / 13.8°F, and the minimum was -19.4°C / -2.9°F. A day or two with minimums below -20°C, before temperatures rise to more normal values. The outlook to the end of the month suggests temperatures will rise above freezing for a long period, possibly heralding the arrival of the 'thaw period'.

So where are you dumping all this snow? The streets must have massive heaps of snow which takes all parking space.

Whenever snow becomes too much and simply shoveling it to one side is not sufficient, we bring out the big boys..

The current snow depth is above average anyway, and the snow depth prior to two big snow storms earlier this month was a mere 38cm.

You certainly you won't see any tractors with plastic attached to them here.

Maybe I should leave the snow on the sidewalks, that way there will be no cars cluttering the streets. Take the train, tram, subway or bus!

Ok, these are fantasy climates and you might have nice equipment dealing with snow, but I can't help but notice that many cold lovers have scary amounts of annual snowfall in their dream climates. Even for us, who are used to snow and the challenge it brings, a metre thick snowpack would be a logistical nightmare, even a quick 60 cm is.
It's ok if most of the snowfall melt during the winter, but the dream climates are usually so cold that it's mostly not the case.

Just sayin'...
