Looking out the window if I didn't know better, I'd swear it was January! Wind howling, snow blowing/drifting, quite the day 20s instead of 40s and first day of Spring tomorrow!

Some "light" at the end of the tunnel, if you can call it that. Forecast to be 48 F now here on Sunday and Tuesday. But I bet it'll really be way lower than the forecast says. And in between that, snow showers on Monday. Well at least Spring is actually around the corner now. It can't stay cold forever.

When the light ATEOTT is a high of 48°F you know the weather has sunk to new lows. The highest temp until May here will be about 6°C.

The thing is that compared to the past week 48 F is pretty darn mild, but it's STILL 4 degrees below my average high! My location has only had 6 days of above-average temperatures so far this March, and it might be stuck there unless there's a warm up during the last few days of the month, which I highly doubt will happen.

Look at the forecast for Thursday.

I'm sorry but I just cannot believe the magnitude of the cold we are getting this March. It is exceptional. A max of 1/2c is amazing at sea-level for the end of March.

I don't know about you but consistent temps 5c or below in my place is pretty exceptional for March and it doesn't look like ending either.

Quiet, you're just hyping the cold.

Just kidding.

Its actually quite amazing. I've looked up a forecast for 300m and it does not exceed 0c!

All week! So people up that height will be subzero all week.
