Seasonality is great, but 20C is warm enough for me to constitute proper summer weather. About 15-30 days of 20C per summer would be optimal.
The high was 20.0°C here today.
It happens in December where I live with global warming
What I hate is, the weather has to go well above like that in winter, spring and autumn but not in summer. This well above average weather occurs outside of summer, not in summer. It is pretty pissing that we get the same records in May as we do in July and August. A global warming for non-summer months but not for summer.
We can't get much far from averages in summer. But we get very from it outside of summer ( in a hotter way, not colder)

Don't know how many we average each year, but our average high is 30°C+ from April 19th until October 23rd, which is 188 days. Wish it was 50% more than that
Around 30 is good I guess. Spread them out from May-September
