Average number of 30C+ days in my dream climate - 0. 28C is already way too hot for me, so I don't need 30C+ temperatures at all.

30 days is probably a good amount. Ranging from mid May to early September.

A few, but when temperatures do rise over 30c, I want something much more extreme.
