Above 10C I call mild in winter months, above 12C-13C very mild. We can get 15C days a couple of days each winter, but unless it happens after about mid February in the sun, it just feels very mild, not really warm.

I have changed since this thread was started. I'll say above 60F/15C is warm in the winter.
