Here's Philly Forecast from NWS. Maybe 60 today!
High temp of 60F one day, freezing cold the next. I know March swings a lot, but are these kinds of temp swings common anywhere else in the world? I hate March.

15.2/2.6°C (59.4/36.7°F) avg and 110 hours of sun this March so far.

Mostly cloudy today with the NW wind, but it has cleared much of the disgusting pollen/pollution haze.

GFS 192 hours out, would have been glad to see such maps in January:

We seem to get to pollution only on humid summer days, usually carried up valley from southern ct and NYC.

No pollution during late autumn or winter inversions trapping cold air in the valley? Here pollution is locally produced, though usually at some point in spring when the haze gets thick with a combination of human-produced particulates and pollen and the wind comes from the east, we partly blame it on Germany and Poland.
The inordinate amount of diesel-fueled cars doesn't help and the European NEDC driving cycle for measuring pollutant emissions is a joke compared to the EPA one.

I would doubt you would see any snow at this 'late' stage.
