Maybe Turpan, China would have no range as well, but record temps aren't listed here and the link Wikipedia gives as the source isn't working for me.
Turpan, XJ has a 1971–2000 Jan record high of 7.3C, and Jul record low of 16.6C. I don't think the entire period of record would make much difference, either, given how high the lows in July are.

Thanks for the link. Wow. I thought it would probably have no range of temperatures that could be seen in all months, and indeed that's the case. The July record low is almost 10C higher than the January record high!

Vostok, Antarctica has a bone chilling range of -43 F / -42 C (record high for May) to -54 F / -48 C (record low for December)

36F to 58F (2 to 14C)
Though the average minimum in July is 47 and the average maximum in January is 45, so the average year has no range.

In Seattle, for example, our highest record low is 44 degrees in August, and our lowest record high is 64 degrees in both December and January. (source = Averages and Records - Weather - Environment - Living in Seattle - Seattle.gov) Therefore, Seattle has potential to record temperatures in the 44 to 64 degree range in any given month of the year.

What about your city?
This was worded in a confusing manner, but after following your link, I think I understand what you mean.

In Denver:

- the record high temperature for January is 76ºF / 24.4ºC, and

- the record low temperature for July is 42ºF / 5.5ºC.

Not sure what this means or if it helps.

GO Broncos!

PS. FWIW today's high (Jan. 19th) was 63ºF / 17.2ºC

From 16.1°C/61.0°F in January to 6.3°C/43.3°F in August. The "limbo" temperature range, as George would say. We spend way too much time within it.
