7-14c or 45-57f. However we've been breaking winter warmth records more often and summer cold less often in the last couple decades so I'd say mid 50s in January is more likely than high 40s in July. Low 50s has roughly equal likelihood of happening in both months.

Since I live in a warm oceanic climate (Köppen: Cfb, Trewartha: Cf), 15-20ºC (59-68ºF) can be recorded as either a sunny, cool winter afternoon; or a warm summer night.
