This summer is turning out a lot better than their previous forecasts suggested. And the past week certainly has not been below average here.

Though not overhead (now), this is the third time today when i hear rumble. 3 t-storms in a day? Must be a record or something.

Hottest town today in France was Brive, with 41.4°C (107°F). Cordoba, Spain hit 43.5°C (110°F). Nothing new there.

We're not that far from these numbers here.

Highest: 25.6°C
Avg: 24.2°C
Lowest: 22.8°C


Our highs are quite a bit cooler though. And our dew points as well. The total range (highest high - lowest low) so far this month is a whopping 7.3°C. At least we're close to my ideal summer temps.
