Usually the mentally retarded among us in this country, almost always of the Irish and Scottish extraction here from the Deep South or Midwest (not surprised, they have a reputation of being inbred), have this notion that only Irish, Scots, and Scandinavians are the true white people as blue eyes are heavily concentrated in those areas. Everyone else is "dirtied" and has some, in their words, "ch**k, ki** or ni**er" blood in them.
