A brisk 55 F with full sun and no breeze is perfect T shirt weather in January. Otherwise, 65 F & above is typical T shirt weather. Didnt I make a similar thread some time ago .

I start wearing short sleeves when the temps get to around 21C (70). However, I would wear shorts when temps are on or above 16 on sunny days. Basically, on fair or sunny days I will wear shorts and a jumper between 16C - 20.9C, however if it's overcast I won't wear shorts, and in rain I'd wear a winter coat!
On a sunny day at 21 or above I would wear shorts and T-shirt, but no shorts on bad weather days. If it's above 25C, I'd wear shorts and T-shirt no matter what the weather is!

If it's windy then it has to be more than 50F/10 C.

What about you? Do you wear short-sleeves easily? Are you more cold hardy than other people?
I am more cold hardy from my time living in Alaska. Although I wear long sleeves until it reaches about 50 degrees, I can wear shorts until it gets very chilly, and I don't wear coats often. I live in Texas most of the year, and I hate the hot weather. It gives me migraine headaches

60 Degrees for me, I'm from CT so I'm used to cooler temps.

My GF from Texas would probably say something closer to the mid 70's

I didn't check any box because I NEVER stop wearing short sleeves - well, actually that's not accurate. During the summer, I wear sleeveless or strap shirts and save the short-sleeves for fall, winter, and spring.

I think I own maybe 3 long-sleeved shirts and I've had them for years because they are seldom worn.

About 16C outdoors for me.

In the winter I don't wear shortsleeves except when I am lounging around the house. For exemple, in the office or in bars or restaurants I wear long sleeves. It's not because of comfort - I just don't find short sleeves look good in the winter when you're out on the town.

In general I would say 20c, but it depends on sun/wind/humidity/etc.

I usually wear shorts when it's above 25c, but then again I won't if I'm in a place with cooler evenings.

How many years has it been since you got your arms out then? You must be whiter than milk.

Seems quite strange.
