If it's not windy then anything above 30° the shirt sleeves come out. It seems odd to others, but we live where it's really cold so when it hits 30° it's almost like a heat wave.

40-50 F for me to wear them outdoors. I wear short sleeves year round indoors and have only a handful of long-sleeve shirts.

I tend to run hot and have been known to end up shoveling snow in a t-shirt when my jacket gets too warm to wear.

Depends on the activity and duration. I put on the sweatshirt around 35f for high wind exposure activities (biking), 20s for most other activities, 10s if there's low wind and am just walking around. As for long pants, usually teens to single digits. Duration assumed to be about 45-90 mins which for me is a typical consecutive length of outdoors time. These are all just "comfort numbers" though; I can go lower if I really want to try to push my limits or test cold endurance.
