That's about right. The last time I went short sleeves was in Rome in 2007.

What temperature do I wear shot sleeves? How am I supposed to know? I don't pay attention to these little nuances. Whenever I deem it warm enough to be in short sleeves - usually reliant on lack of wind combined with sunshine at lower temperatures.

Somewhere in the mid 60s. Depends on whether it's day or night or cloudy, windy or rainy though.

I wear short sleeves all the time. I hate long sleeved shirts and tops and I'm in NY so it get's dang cold here. If I'm that chilly, I'll throw on my 3/4 length sleeve sweater.

13.6C. I have an array of sensors and alarms, as well as an automated T-shirt putting on machine.
