Started raining quite heavily. We need it badly. Only 0.61 inches this month. A massive sea change compared to the 13.62 in February. Just heard some thunder too.
Finally some cooler weather coming this weekend to end this nightmare month. Low of 48F Saturday night will be the lowest temp since Feb 22.
The high today here was about 71F. There was some pretty heavy rain about 10 miles from home, but it didn't rain that much at the house. On a side note, it looks like the first -90sF of the Antarctic winter happened today, with -96F (-71C) recorded at Dome A. about an inch of wet snow fell yesterday, it was quite heavy at times but didn't fall for very long. It's up to 60F today and mostly cloudy. This weekend will be much warmer and sunnier so quite a difference.
I'm still waiting for significant snowfall and I've been here since 10th of March (Denver's snowiest month).

They had their snowiest February on record since 1874. So you missed it. Sounds like the pattern changed for March. Oh well.
Saw that yesterday and was awesome to see. I wish there was an official one
Baltimore's MD Science Center reports temps and precip but unfortunately not snow; however, from what I've seen, BWI's snow totals are not a world's apart from what is seen in SE half of the city.
