LOL, nice find. Airflow must not be from the Persian Gulf otherwise it'd be really sticky. Says wind is coming from the north. Death Valley's been 3°F below average, high so far this month was only 113.4°F low 85°F. Mean isn't even 100°F, how mild. Basra averaged 108°F/80°F so a mean 4°F warmer. Not that humid typically, dewpoint averaged 45°F. One day got a dewpoint of 81°F, but it wasn't at the hottest time of day:

I got 0.5 inches from the same storm. Heavy rain band hovered over Chesterfield, never reached us.
