Yeah, I pass the park many times yet I never been inside it and was shocked there was 35 miles of trails.

I agree about having the campsites secluded within the park. We actually picked one that wasn't even close to other camp sites. lol.

Had help with the stuff but had to make a couple of trips. Took 20 minutes to walk to site. Then Running back to car took 10 minutes.

Temp dropped to upper 50s there but I didn't spend the night since I don't live far from there. LOL.

Large Trail map. I circle the entrance and parking lot. From the parking lot to the Camp site (purple) is 1 mile.

Notice they have caves, a museum, I think a waterfall, Fire Tower, ect. I'll have to go back and explore it more.

Spoiler

Nice snake and yeah, I like that Corn picture best too. Cool narrow path between the stalks to get to the farm house.

Yeah, lets climb that hill! :-)

Can someone explain the thinking behind this? I mean WTF?!! Building a home where it's practically someones backyard? I mean is there such a demand in this particular spot where the owner couldn't just build the home elsewhere? How does the town even approve of this?

Was an interesting style house...not something you typically see.

The front...

BTW ... it has 7 bathrooms.

The back ...

Now take a look at Google Satellite ... There's no road behind it.. it literally sits in someones backyard like they have to squeeze a zillion homes in the area. WTF! This is Old Greenwich, CT near the coast. Near I-95. 10 minutes from NY

Just had a delicious dinner at the restaurant of our hotel here in Taxco - it was built in the 16th century. Loving it here with the beautiful weather. Posting from the lobby since that's the only place with internet.
