It's also looking like we'll have the sunniest month in over a decade, the average to date is 10.1 hours, which would be more than any month going back to December 2005.

17C, windy, and snow on the hills -more like early spring weather. Sunny at least, and the forecast is for the low 20s C the rest of the week.

Maximum temperatures throughout Te Waipounamu yesterday ranged between 9C (sea level) and 26C. That's spring for ya.

Wouldnt I give for any Oz location away from the coastline and below 1000m right now.... I think I am starting to grow moss out of my skin here in Raincouver

That's a fairly tame forecast for Marble Bar. These are more impressive IMO:

Here is today (Nov 28) at 4:15pm AEDT. Notice the hilarious contrast between the Failbournic places in southern Victoria and the rest of Australia
