Blenheim is one of the places in NZ that actually has warmer summer highs though (though their means are lower). Plenty of other places have warmer highs as well. Even in it's own region, there are warmer summer maximums.

It's in the top tier, but I don't think it would be regarded as the best by most -that could be anyone one of six or seven towns. The only Australian thing about Blenheim, is it's "Melbourne effect", 30sC one day, 10C+ colder the next day.
