That's a properly icy pool. Can't see that happening in Lisbon or even more in Cascais, the beach of Lisbon's capital region

Would be surprised if a frost ever occured in Cascais. Since it doesn't have a weather station though, I just don't make up numbers for Cascais, mind?

Yeah this is Lisbon vs Benidorm. Senseless off-topic discussion.

On topic, evidently 15-0 is the score now. So it's pretty clear which one is the more desired climate among weather enthusiasts That climate lies in Portugal.
