IveHadEnough:

California charges were under the name Heather Kirby..previous married name.
Those charges were not allowed to be included into the Wv issues...ha ha ha...did you know that court proceeding can be altered when evidence is allowed or dismissed?

Keeps/Helps the felons moving from place to place to re-commit their crimes.

Heather was asking for a review of this matter and I agree...bring everything out into the open for us.
But...But....someone squashed that idea in a hurry.
The 'Rat Pac in Wv is a tight one...

Again, you have a link for that somewhere? And what exactly were the "charges?"

Here's all I could find with Heather Kirby and the state of California. Might be more though.

Anything that I could say that was the worst or negative aspect of living in WV would pale in comparison to the least negative or worst aspect of not living in WV.

Chances are I earned my degree several years before you were born....and have parlayed that knowledge into two very successful Engineering careers over the past 40 years. I shall reflect upon my many shortcomings whilst anxiously awaiting the definition of this mathmatical term.

It's an extremely large, indeterminate number. I would assume someone with a degree would have been able to figure that out from context.

Dictionary.com is your friend.

So, I guess you need to keep reflecting.

The uneducated populace. By far.

West Virginians have the lowest rate of college degrees in the country.

Their ignorance seeps into every crevice of our society, and makes any real progress on any number of pressing issues, completely impossible.
West Virginia also has a high school graduation rate above the national average. HigherEdInfo.org: Public High School Graduation Rates
Supposed high culture states like CA and NY have lower graduation rates. Or go to practically any major city -- the graduation rates are pitiful.
