Market callers like Cramer tend to lose sight of the purchasing power of the middle class family. I live in California, Sac Area, and the houses here are still over-valued when you run an income/cost analysis on them. Does it make sense that households making near, or over $100k per year can barely afford to buy an "average" home? I'm holding out.
