H1B visas are not the only ones screwing Americans.

1) OPT Visas - if someone gets one, they get 1-3 years of free training by the employer. Then they can transition to an H1B. Employers create entry level jobs that require no experience because the OPT visa requires no experience.

But if you're a US Citizen, you MUST have experience because you're not getting the entry level job, AND you better not expect any training. They don't train.

You can see the clear discrimination.

2) L1 visas. We have companies opening offices in Canada, hiring talent there, and then using L1 visas to bring unlimited people into the country. Microsoft, for example, has an office in Vancouver, and imports tons of L1 visas into their Redmond office, and announced thousand of layoffs for Americans.

3) PERM program.
