United States Of America is more of a description than a name.

We should have used the name "Columbia" back when it was being thrown around.

But there's already another Colombia.

Still on the whole Murica thing. Slightly different pronunciation and spelling should do the job. Or we could think of something totally new but still an accurate representation of American history, like Plutocracy.
